1. What is a mission statement?
It is the answer to the question Why does the organization exist?. The mission defines the business which the company is dedicate, the needs it covers with its products and services, the market which it is develope and the public image through general objectives with the intention of communicate the mission to everybody members of the same.
2. What is vision statement?
It is the answer to the question, What do we want the organization in the next years? The vision defines and describes the future situation that the company wants to have, where it is headed or what it intends to become in the long term, the objective is to guide, control and encourage the organization as a whole to reach the desired state of the company. It is the visualization of the realization of the Mission in a relatively short time, from 3 to 5 years. In that sense, the Vision comes out of the Mission. It is the translation to the reality of how the company will be in the immediate future as a result of fulfilling its mission.
3. What is the most common structure of a company profile?
The structure of a company profile is inform:
-About company: Mission, Vision, Corporate values, When was founded?, who founded it?, what do they do? How do they do?, It is a description of the company.
- Operations: Where do they work?, For whom?
- Brands and presentations: What are your corporate brands?, Which are the marketers of the products?
