Chacón, Lee y Asociados, S.A. es una empresa que nació a mediados de los años 90 con la finalidad de ofrecer los servicios de consultoría en las áreas de contabilidad y finanzas. Midiendo la creciente demanda por la administración de la información de las empresas y la obtención de resultados oportunamente, procedimos a especializarnos en el área de proyectos de Sistemas Contables, Operativos (punto de venta, inventario, etc.), CRM, Reportería, Help Desk, Datawarehouse (inteligencia de negocio), Administración de Valores y Desarrollos para aplicaciones en WEB y Móviles. Esto se da con el objetivo de poder ofrecer una cartera de servicios integrados y especializados para así garantizar proyectos exitosos en diversos esquemas de negocio.

About Us

Chacón, Lee y Asociados, S.A. was incorporated in the mid 90s in order to offer consultancy services in the areas of accounting and finance. By having measured the growing demand for the management of companies' information and obtaining of outcomes on a timely basis, we proceeded to specialize in the areas Systems Operational Account project, ( point of sale, inventory, etc.), CRM, Reporting, Help Desk, Datawarehouse (business intelligence), Securities Management, and Development for s applications to create WEB and mobile.  This happens with the purpose of being able to offer  a portfolio of integrated  and specialized services to guarantee successful projects in various business models.

Metodología y Herramientas para la Ejecución de Proyectos

  • Metodología de Trabajo

Para el manejo de proyectos de automatización y sistematización de procesos y operaciones se efectúan una serie de pasos necesarios para garantizar el perfecto desempeño del desarrollo del proyecto.

  •  Levantamiento de Requerimientos: En esta etapa se define las necesidades del cliente de manera puntual y específica, estableciendo reuniones con los directivos y usuarios finales.
 
  • Análisis y Diseño: Se crea un documento en donde se plantea el esquema que tendrá la aplicación basada en las necesidades del cliente, aquí se establece el costo del desarrollo y se definen los tiempos. Este es el documento clave para el buen desempeño de las actividades.

 

  • Desarrollo de la Aplicación: Después de aprobado el documento de trabajo, se procede al desarrollo de las actividades establecidas en el cronograma. En esta etapa del proyecto se mantienen reuniones semanales, para evaluar el desenvolvimiento del proyecto.
 
  • Pruebas y Ajustes: En este punto, la aplicación se le lleva a niveles de estrés y se efectúan los correctivos necesarios, en esta etapa deben participar los directivos, usuarios finales y nuestros consultores.

 

  • Documentación: Se documenta tanto a nivel funcional como técnico las aplicaciones, para que el cliente tenga referencia del funcionamiento y la estructura del software.
 
  • Carga de Datos: Si el cliente tiene data en archivos o de base de datos (Excel, ASCII o TXT) se procede a establecer la carga de datos a la aplicación en coordinación con el personal técnico del cliente.

 

  •  Capacitación a Usuarios: Es aquí donde se le hace tanto el entrenamiento técnico como funcional de las aplicaciones al cliente, para que se relacione de forma directa con su herramienta de trabajo y pueda despejar dudas de su funcionamiento.
 
  • Implementación: Es aquí donde se pone en producción el software, ya en esta etapa se empieza a monitorear los resultados reales y se le da el seguimiento a los usuarios.

To manage automation projects and systematization of processes and operations a number of needed steps are made to guarantee the perfect achievement of project development.

  • Requirements Elicitation: In this phase client needs are defined in an accurate and specific wayby setting up meetings with directors and end users.
 
  • Analysis and Design: A document is created in order presents up the drawing that will have the app based on the client needs. Here, the cost of development is established and the times are defined. This is the key document for good performance of activities.
 
  • Application Development: After approving the working document, the activities included  in the timetable are held In this stage of the project weekly meetings are carried out in order to evaluate project development.
 
  • Tests and Adjustments: At this stage, the app is tested at stress levels and the appropriate corrections are implemented. In this phase, directors end users and our consultants must participate.
 
  • Documentation: The apps are documented at the functional and technical leveles to assure that the client has a reference about the functioning and the software structure.
 
  •  Data Upload: If the customer has information in files or databases (Excel, ASCII or TXT), that information is loaded to the app in coordination with the technical staff of the customer.
 
  • Training to Users: Here is where the technical and functional training is made on the customer’s apps, in order to familiarize them in a direct way with their working tool and can clear doubts about the functioning.

  • Report: Aplicación desarrollada con el

objetivo que los usuarios finales puedan crear y generar sus propios reportes a partir que un técnico haga la traducción de las tablas y campos a la base de datos a la cual se le vaya a dar acceso a los usuarios. Siendo esto realizado, posteriormente a los usuarios se le define a que áreas de negocio tienen acceso, por ejemplo, bancos, CXP, CXC, facturación, CRM, etc. Ya efectuado esto cada usuario tiene acceso a los campos y tablas para trabajar y arman sus reportes a discreción, puede hacerlos con agrupaciones y filtros. Dadas todas estas  condiciones el usuario los puede generar en una pantalla y pueden ser exportados a Excel o PDF.

 

 

  •  Broker: Aplicación desarrollada para la

administración de valores. Compra y venta de acciones, bonos, oro, etc. Los clientes de las empresas administradoras pueden ver sus posiciones y movimientos a través de un portal de consulta con múltiples opciones.

 

  •  CPT-PORTAL - Móvil: Herramienta

desarrollada para realizar consultas por Internet a la base de datos de la empresa. Orientadas a unidades de negocios tales como la facturación, Banco, Cuentas por Pagar, Cuentas por Cobrar, Informes Financieros, Inventarios entre otros.

It handles and monitors claim control.  It includes batch e-mailing, notifications, campaigns, opportunities, surveys, etc.  Interfasescan be created with modules of accounts receivable - billing, Repairs among others.

  •  Help Desk : It is a tool developed in order to ease service request management of end users for applications and technologic devices with the company’s IT department or third parties. The tool can be used by other offices which provide services to the organization (payroll, purchasing, etc.).

  • Report : Application developed for end users to be able to create able to create and generate their own reports from a technician who makes the translation of tables and fields to the database which users will be access to.  When this is done, users are informed of the business areas which they have access to, for instance, banks, CXP, CXC, billing, CRM, etc.  Once this has been done, each user has access to fields and tables for working and create their reports at their discretion. The user can do it through clusters and filters. Given all these conditions, the user is able to project them onto a screen and export them to an Excel spreadsheet or a PDF file.
